The British major bank Standard Chartered is more optimistic than ever about Ethereum. After years of cautious forecasts, the analysts now believe the cryptocurrency could rally to $25,000 in the next three years.

The price target for 2025 has already been raised from the previous $4,000 to $7,500. Experts expect $12,000 for 2026, even $18,000 for 2027 – and a possible increase to $25,000 by 2028.

The bullish assessment is justified by growing institutional demand, regulatory advancements in the US, and Ethereum's technical roadmap. The recently passed GENIUS Act on stablecoins is considered a key driver, as Ethereum, with over 50% market share, is the most important network for stablecoin transactions.
