Die Südzucker AG hat heute die Angebotsunterlage für das öffentliche Delisting-Erwerbsangebot an die Aktionäre der CropEnergies AG veröffentlicht. Die Annahmefrist läuft bis zum 16. Februar 2024. Der Angebotspreis liegt bei 11,50 Euro je Aktie. Die Hauptaktionärin Südzucker hält derzeit bereits rund 79,8 Prozent des Grundkapitals der CropEnergies.
